Upon signing up of our service, you have agreed to the terms & conditions.

Upon payment of the deposit or full payment listed on the invoice, you have agreed to our terms & conditions.

For trial service, full payment is to be made by 12pm 2 days before delivery.

We reserve the right to terminate the service if payment is not paid on time.

Deposit : should customer decide to cancel the order, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit cannot be offset against our other services. Once the order is cancelled, it cannot be re-instated.

Start of meal delivery : customer must contact us 2 days in advance, before 12pm (Subjected to availability).

Meal cancellation : customer must contact us 2 days in advance before 12pm to notify the cancellation of meal. All cancelled meals will be replaced and no cash refund is allowed. Do note that distruption charge of $10.00 per meal is applicable.

Pausing of meal on the weekend and public holidays is allowed at no cost only if customer is to inform us before the package start.

Customer is required to consume the package minimum 5 days a week.

Any distruption of meal after the package start will incur a surcharge of $10.00 per meal.

After the start of package, pausing of meal will be cannot be longer than 30 calendar days. Otherwise package will be void and terminated with no refund.

Only one promotional code can be used each time, unless otherwise stated.

Change of delivery address: A $58 admin charge is applicable once the package started.

Service termination, change in packages and service downgrade : customer must contact us two working day in advance before 12pm to notify the change. The consumed meals will be charge at $45 per meal and an additional administrative fee of $100 will be imposed. Any discount will not be applicable.

Dietery remarks strictly applicable to Meat Dishes only. Soup and Vegetable dish is accordance to menu.

Changing of drinks in the menu is not allowed.

Meal extension is possible upon the ending the current package.

Delivery time : lunch will be delivered from 10.00am – 1.30pm and dinner from 3.15pm - 7.00pm. Our meals are prepared fresh and delivery is made in batches.

Upon unsuccessful delivery attempted due to condo/apartment security issue, there will be no return delivery attempt. Furthermore, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss.

Transferring or selling of package is strictly not allowed. Package will be void in the event of transferring / selling of package.

No delivery area : We serve Singapore mainland with exception of Tuas and Sentosa area.

Delivery surcharge of S$5.00 per meal for addresses wihin the Central Business District (CBD) & Town Area (Orchard, Core Central Area).

Delivery location with no loading/unloading or parking grace period may incur additional parking charges of $2/delivery.

Thermal bag : one bags are allocated to each customer. Please be reminded the thermal bags are to be returned to our delivery personnel on a daily basis. For every thermal bag that is misplaced or damaged, there will be a charged imposed of $5 per thermal bag.

For CNY closure period, there will be no service and the package end date will be extended accordingly.

We are only able to hold your booking or order for not more than 30 days even with deposit paid and full payment. Due to the long booking and waiting list, we wish to deliver our meals to those who need it immediately. Admin fees applicable for termination under such cases.

Kang Le Kitchen Pte. Ltd. shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time. SFA requires all food to be consumed within 4 hours from preparation.

Kang Le Kitchen Pte. Ltd. shall not bear any responsibility for any food allergies and other conditions due to consuming of our meals.

We do not encourage customisation of meal. We will do our best to fulfil any of your needs. However we shall not be in any reason be held liable for falling to customise. All customisation are made out of goodwill.

Upon placing an order with us, you have agree to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), that we may use your personal information provided to better serve you.

Any corresponding emails or phone calls may be recorded or documented for training and referencing purpose.

Customers are requested to take good care and be responsible of the equipment used in the catering service.

Kang Le Kitchen Pte. Ltd. has the rights to update the Terms & Conditions accordingly without prior notice.

Menu may vary without prior notice due to unforeseen seasonal nature and market fluctuation on the ingredients.

Please note that your call or any correspondents with us may be recorded for training and quality purpose.

Please do not proceed with your order if you disagree with any of the above points.
